Introduction

Same recipe as KRAVMAGAGIRL's, but doubled and without salt. These are tasty and healthy. They are thin but easy to split. Same recipe as KRAVMAGAGIRL's, but doubled and without salt. These are tasty and healthy. They are thin but easy to split.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 cup + 2 Tbsp flaxseed meal
    1 Tbsp onion powder
    2 tsp caraway seeds
    2 tsp sodium free, gluten free baking powder (Hain)
    2-4 drops Stevia (equivalent of up to 1 tsp sugar)
    6 large eggs
    3 Tbsp water
    3 Tbsp olive oil

Directions

Grease 2 muffin top pans (12 cups).
Mix dry ingredients.
Mix wet ingredients.
Mix together.
Divide into muffin top pans.
Bake at 325ยบ 15-20 minutes. Cool.
Store in refrigerator separated by paper towels or in freezer separated by plastic wrap.
When ready to serve, split horizontally using sharp, thin knife or serrated bread knife.

    Incredible!
    I like the convenience of this recipe in making a large batch. They don't last very long because my husband eats two buns for each sandwich. We like them very much, and I make this recipe at least twice a week. Very satisfying and delicious. - 9/23/13
