* Tomato Sauce, 1 cup plus aromatic herbs;
* Ham, regular (11% fat), 1 cup, diced ;
* Swiss Cheese, 1 cup, shredded;
* Mushrooms, canned, 250 grams;

* red pepper, 2 cups ;
Directions
