    3 cans beef broth
    2 c water
    1 ld chicken breasts sliced thin
    .5 c baby carrots, cut matchstick
    .5 c julianed napa cabbage
    .5 c fresh cilantro leaves
    1/8 c sesame oil
    .5 c chopped green onions
    red pepper flakes to taste
    21 nasoya egg roll wraps cut into long strips, noodle-like


bring broth and water to boil. Add sliced chicken and carrots to broth, let them fully cook. add remaining veggies and seasonings. Add noodles one at at time so they don't stick together. Add cilantro last. makes 12 servings.
