    8 oz imitation crab meat
    8 oz reduced fat sour cream
    8 oz reduced fat cream cheese
    1 cup diced scallions
    1 tsp chopped garlic

Directions

Mix all ingredients and chill at least 3 hours - add more dill if you like and serve with whole grain crackers.

    Very Good
    I omitted the scallions and added a Tbsp. of fresh dill. Delicious. - 4/6/13
