Ingredients

    2 packages prepared coleslaw mix or 1 head cabbage, chopped
    1 package ramen noodles, oriental flavor
    3T slivered almonds, toasted
    3T sesame seeds, toasted
    2T soy sauce
    2T white wine vinegar
    3t sugar
    3T sesame oil

Directions

Combine soy sauce, vinegar, sugar & sesame oil. When sugar is dissolved, mix well with cabbage. Mix dry ingredients together, including ramen packet and broken-up ramen noodles. Mix all ingredients together to serve immediately. If you want to keep some for later, store the dry ingredients separately and sprinkle over single servings of cabbage as needed.

Makes 10 to 12 1cup servings.
