Ingredients

    2 C. Sugar
    3 C. Flour
    2 tsp Baking Soda
    6 tbsp Cocoa
    2 tsp Vanilla
    2 tbsp Vinegar
    2/3 C. Vegetable Oil
    2 C. Water

    Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Use mixer until smooth. Pour into ungreased 9" by 13" pan.

    Bake at 375 for 30 mins., or until toothpick comes out clean.

    For cupcakes, check repeatedly after 20 mins.
