Ingredients

    Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (1/2 cup dry), 2 serving (remove)
    *Great Value Fat Free Milk, 1 cup (remove)
    *Arrowhead Mills oragnic oat flour 1/3 cup, 2 serving (remove)
    *Organic All-Purpose White Flour, .33 cup (remove)
    Mott's Applesauce, Cinnamon, 113 grams (remove)
    egg white, fresh, 2 large (remove)
    Baking Powder, 1 tsp (remove)
    Baking Soda, .5 tsp (remove)
    Salt, .5 tsp (remove)
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp (remove)
    Honey, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Raisins, .33 cup (not packed) (remove)

Directions

Soak oatmeal in milk for one hour. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray.
Combine soaked oatmeal with applesauce, egg whites and honey. Mix until combined. In separate bowl, whisk oat flour, all purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Toss in raisins and carefully combine dry into wet. Don't over mix. Spoon equal amounts into prepared muffin tin. Bake at 400 for 20-25 minutes.
