Introduction

My absolute favorite thing to eat on vegetables is Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing made with Best Food mayo (and not the light stuff.) This makes two tablespoons 14 grams of fat and completely defeats the purpose of eating the vegetables. I have searched everywhere for a great low-fat ranch dressing recipe and they have all left me flat,(well, actually, rather round.) Until I discovered Greek Yogurt! Hope you enjoy this recipe as much as I do. My absolute favorite thing to eat on vegetables is Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing made with Best Food mayo (and not the light stuff.)
