Ingredients

*Flour, white, .75 cup (remove)
*Whole Wheat Flour, 0.5 cup (remove)
Brown Sugar, .75 cup, packed (remove)
Baking Powder, 3 tsp (remove)
Salt, .5 tsp (remove)
Cinnamon, ground, .25 tsp (remove)
Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove)
Peanut Butter, smooth style, .25 cup (remove)
Milk, 2%, 1.25 cup (remove)
Peanuts, dry-roasted, .5 cup (remove)
Semi Sweet Chocolate Chip Morsels, 6 tbsp
Directions
*Yield: 12 servings
*Beat egg, peanut butter and milk until smooth. Add both flours, oats, brown sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon to wet mixture and stir until moistened. Fold in peanuts and chocolate chips.
*Fill greased or paper lined muffin cups three-fourths full. Bake at 375 degrees for 15-18 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool for 5 minutes before removing from pan to a wire rack.
