Ingredients

    Tomato Paste, 0.5 cup
    Stewed Tomatoes, 4 cup
    Tomato Sauce, 4 cup
    *Italian Sausage, pork, 4 link, 4/lb
    Ground beef, extra lean, 12 oz
    *Canola Oil, 2 tbsp
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 4 plum tomato
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Package of fresh sliced mushrooms
    Fresh garlic
    Italian Seasoning
    Garlic salt
    Pepper

Directions

Mince garlic, chop tomatoes, Slice Mushrooms, chop onion - heat oil in pan - add above ingredients and sautee five minutes stiring constantly - add sausage (if links, seperate and cook like ground beef), add 2 cans stewed tomatoes (garlic and italian flavored work well), add two cans tomato sauce (preferably w/o salt added), bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer for two hours. Slowly add tomato paste to thickness wanted.

Meatballs: mix italian seasoning, pepper and garlic salt with hamburger. roll into ten meat balls. Place in oven on 375 for 20 minutes, turning once. Remove, add to sauce and let simmer.

Add Garlic salt, pepper and Italian season to taste (red pepper to make spicy)
