Introduction

Delicious salsa to serve with torilla chips or pita chips. Delicious salsa to serve with torilla chips or pita chips.

Ingredients

    2 plum tomatoes, chopped
    1 avocado, halved, seeded, peeled and chopped
    1/4 cup finely chopped red onions
    1 tbsp finely snipped fresh parsley
    1 tbsp finely snipped fresh oregano
    1 tbsp red wine vinegar (or white)
    4 oz feta cheese coarsley crumbled
    Pita or tortilla chips (not included in calculator)

Directions

In a bowl combine the first 6 ingredients
Gently stir in the feta
Cover and chill for 2 hrs up to 6 hrs
Serve with chips/pita.
