Ingredients

4 Tblsp melted butter
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1-2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
4 cup oats
1/4 cup dried cherries
1/4 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup golden raisins
Directions
Makes 12 3x3" piece servings
Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees.
3. Mix 4 tablespoons melted butter, 1/2 cup honey, 1 teaspoon vanilla, and 2 eggs in a bowl.
4. Mix 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/2 cup whole wheat flour, 2 teaspoons cinnamon, 1/2 teaspoon baking powder, and 4 cups oats in another bowl.
5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ones mixing well.
6. Then, mix in cherries, cranberries, walnuts and raisins.
7. Spread mixture into a greased 9"x13" pan.
8. Press the batter down so that it's spread evenly in the pan.
9. Bake for 15 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
