Ingredients

    1 med. apple, cored and thinly sliced
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon (or to taste)
    1 packet of Splenda (or to taste)
    Butter Flavored cooking spray

Directions

Spray a microwave baking dish with butter flavored cooking spray. Place thinly sliced apples in a single layer in baking dish. Spray apples with butter flavored cooking spray. Mix cinnamon and splenda in a small bowl. Sprinkle mixture over apples evenly. Microwave for 2-3 minutes checking about every minute until apples are as soft as you would like them.

  • I used extra cinnamon and sprinkled it with chia seeds and quick oats then sprayed it with butter spray. I like the granola idea. - 9/23/13

  • This is my first time having any sort of hot apples. It was very tasty and something that I will DEFINITELY be making again!! (I did add some chopped up almonds and a little honey to it as well.) - 2/16/12
