    1 med. apple, cored and thinly sliced
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon (or to taste)
    1 packet of Splenda (or to taste)
    Butter Flavored cooking spray


Spray a microwave baking dish with butter flavored cooking spray. Place thinly sliced apples in a single layer in baking dish. Spray apples with butter flavored cooking spray. Mix cinnamon and splenda in a small bowl. Sprinkle mixture over apples evenly. Microwave for 2-3 minutes checking about every minute until apples are as soft as you would like them.

  • Made this for my kids this morning. They LOVED it and said to make it every day! It tastes just like warm apple pie w/o the crust and w/o the calories! The best thing of all is it's healthy but it doesn't taste like it! :) - 9/13/09
