A well balanced post exercise recovery drink. Used as a replacement to energy bars etc.

Ingredients

    Contains 1 Banana, 1 tbsp of honey, 30g of fruity muesli, 100g of yoghurt, 50g of pineapple chunks and 100ml of semi skimmed (2%) milk.

    Wizz it all up in a blender until smooth and drink- replenished most of your vitamens and minerals, and gives a good complex carbohydrate hit to get carbs back into the muscles.

Directions

Chuck it in a Blender and levae to blen until smooth.
