    Crumbled goat cheese, 3 tbsp
    Walnuts, crushed, 1 tbsp
    Fat free raspberry vinaigrette dressing, 2 tbsp

Place spring greens in bowl. Add beets, goat cheese and walnuts, then drizzle with dressing. Enjoy!
