Ingredients

    1 can of white tuna packed in water (112 g)
    2 tbsp. Hellmans light mayo
    15 grams of raw chopped onion
    15 grams of raw chopped celery
    1.5 c. of organic mixed greens
    1 Joseph's whole wheat pita w/ flax

Directions

Mix tuna, mayo, onion and celery in a bowl. Slice pita in half and stuff both sides with greens, and tuna salad. ENJOY
