Introduction

My own variation of taco soups that are out there. My own variation of taco soups that are out there.
Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    12 ounces lean ground beef -10% fat
    2 cans Mexican stewed tomatoes
    1 can tomatoe sauce
    1 can diced tomatoes with green chilis
    1 can corn
    1 can fat free refried beans
    1 can black beans
    1 can chicken stock
    1 bag frozen seasoning mix (onions, celery, bell pepper)
    1 bag frozen pepper strips
    1 cup carrot match sticks
    1 packet taco seasoning mix
    2 tsp ground cumin
    chili seasoning mix to taste

Directions

Put ground beef, seasoning mix, pepper strips and carrot stick in large stew pot and cook until ground beef is cook and vegetables are tender. Drain off liquid.
Put in cans of black beans, corn, tomatoes, tomatoe sauce, refried beans, and chicken stock into stew pot with ground beef mixture. Stir til mix throughly.
Stir in spices. Cook for 30 minutes to 1 hours til flavors are blended. Taste great the next day.
