Ingredients

    Coleslaw Mix - Fresh Express, 2 cup
    Green Beans, 1.5 cup
    Edamame, shelled, 1/2 cup
    Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 5 rings
    Cucumber (peeled), 1 cup, pared, chopped
    Scallions, raw, 2 medium
    Sesame Oil, 1 tsp
    Agave Nectar, 1 tsp
    Soy sauce (tamari), 1.5 tsp
    Lime Juice, half lime yields
    Dried Cilantro
    Garlic Powder
    Chili Powder
    Ginger Root

Directions

Dressing: Mince scallions. Mix together sesame oil, soy sauce, lime juice, agave nectar, scallions and spices.

Slice green beans into bite size pieces. Add green beans to microwave safe bowl with a few tablespoons of water. Microwave for 2 - 3 minutes or until soft.

Cut cucumbers and bell peppers. Combine all vegetables and cover with dressing.
