Ingredients

    2 lbs chicken breast (no skin, remove excess fat)
    3 T Olive Oil (marinate chicken in oil, salt, and pepper then, brown chicken before baking)

    Mix in bowl
    1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
    1 1/2 cans of milk
    1 C brown rice
    2 T fresh sage
    1/2 t black pepper
    1/2 t garlic salt

    spray glass pan. Pour rice mIx in pan. Add browned Chicken on top of rice. Sprinkle chicken with chopped sage and black pepper. Bake for 60 minutes @ 400 degrees
