Ingredients

    1 lb Barilla Gemelli Pasta
    2 cups zucchini, cut into strips to match pasta shape
    2 cups summer squash, cut into strips to match pasta shape
    2 cups broccoli florets
    2 cups carrots, cut into strips to match pasta shape
    1/2 cups olive oil
    2 cups non-fat milk
    2 packages Knorr Creamy Pesto Sauce mix

Directions

Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain.
Layer vegetables in a steamer: carrots on bottom, broccoli in the middle, squash on top.
Steam vegetables until squash is tender.
Meanwhile, prepare sauce according to package directions.
Combine pasta, vegetables, and sauce.

Makes 10 main-dish servings.
