Introduction
Even if you aren't a fan of tuna you will like this. When I first said I was making Tuna Pie for dinner the faces all turned a little sour but now they are all smiles. Similar to a quiche but the shell is rice instead of pastry. Even if you aren't a fan of tuna you will like this. Ingredients

2 cups Rice (Cooked)
2 cloves Garlic
1 medium Onion
4 Eggs
1 can Tuna
2 cups Milk, non-fat
1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Directions
Cook your rice and once done mix in one egg and the chopped garlic. Place in a greased or non-stick pie plate and shape to a shell. Combine the chopped onion and tuna and spread on the bottom of the shell. Cover with the shredded cheese. Mix the three remaining eggs and milk and pour over top of the pie. It should just cover the pie. Season with a little salt and pepper if you prefer at this point and put in a 350 degree over for about 35 - 40 minutes. If you give it a shake you can tell whether or not the egg has cooked, if it jiggles then leave it for a few more minutes.
