    Very Good

This is a great idea! My food budget is very tight! I choose turkey alternatives whenever possible. And while I am trying to eat and serve less processed food to my family, lasting lifestyle changes are incremental. Especially when trying to convince someone else what to eat! Otherwise, be a vegan! - 10/15/12

KD & Hotdogs? I'm not sure why you would post this "recipe" to a forum that is supposed to be about creating a healthier lifestyle. If anything the value of the veggies would be just cancelled out by the processed garbage in the KD & dogs - 10/30/11

at 14 grams of protein and almost 20% daily fiber needs is kinda worth it and a meal under 400 calories isn't a bad amount of calories. sure there is processed food, but when you are on a limited budget you kinda have to make due when you have kids to feed, and processed foods cost less.
