Ingredients

Rice, already cooked - your choice of white or brown, brown adds more nutrients
Recommendation - findest lowest sodium soy sauce that you like because soy sauce is a high sodium ingredient
Directions
1. Heat oil in pan
2. Add Rice and cut into small pieces if clumped
3. Add soy sauce and stir so rice is evenly coated
4. Add egg and scramble into small pieces in the rice
5. Add Carrots (they take longest to cook unless shredded) I use sliced baby carrots - Cook till carrots are desired crispiness or softness
6. Add remaining veggies and cook till desired softness (I prefer crispy vegs so cook only 3 mins)
7. Dice and add Canadian Bacon and heat
8. Season to your desire with Mrs Dash and add pepper if you wish
