Ingredients

    12 oz. firm tofu, drained
    2 cups cooked pumpkin
    2/3 cup honey
    2 T molasses
    1 t. vanilla
    1 t. cinnamon
    1/4 t. nutmeg
    1/2 t. ginger
    1/2 t. salt

Directions

Process in blender until smooth. Bake in a 9 x 13 pan (sprayed with cooking spray) for 1 hour at 350.
