Introduction

A new variation of an old favorite, that's easy to prepare! It's also low fat and sodium! A new variation of an old favorite, that's easy to prepare! It's also low fat and sodium!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 12oz bag Ronzoni Smart Taste extra wide noodles
    1 1/2 lbs london broil or thick round steak
    1 pkg onion soup mix
    2 pkgs low sodium brown gravy mix
    3 c water
    sea salt, pepper, onion powder, & garlic powder

Directions

Cook noodles according to package directions.

While noodles are cooking:

In a medium bowl, mix the onion soup and gravy mixes with water.

In a large pot or skillet, spray with cooking spray (I use olive oil spray). Sprinkle each side of the meat with sea salt, pepper, onion powder, & garlic powder. Brown on both sides. Add the liquid mixture, cover, and simmer for approximately 20-25 minutes. Remove meat, slice, and return to the gravy mixture.

Serve over noodles.
