Ingredients

    4 6 oz Tuna Steaks
    Juice and zest from 1 Lemon
    4 cloves Garlic
    4 Tsp Ginger Root
    4 Tbsp Kikkoman Teriyaki Sauce & Marinade
    1/4 cup Sesame Oil
    1/4 cup Olive Oil
    1 cup Peppers, red pepper flakes
    5 Tsp Salt
    5 Tbsp Pepper, black
    2 Tbsp Cilantro, raw

Directions

Mix all marinade ingredients except tuna. Place tuna in container to marinate for 30 minutes up to 4 hours. Sear the steaks on each side on hot skillet. 4 minutes will yeild medium rare steaks. Adjust cooking time to desired doneness. Enjoy
