Ingredients

1c frozen blueberries
1c frozen strawberries [or any fruit of choice]
1/3c soy protein powder [unflavoured]
2T Psyllium seed husks
1/2T Flax seed oil
2T honey
1c of Skim milk [or juice of choice - look for 0 added sweeteners/sugars]
Up to 2c cold water
Directions
Makes 2 - 8oz servings
In a blender place together all of the ingredients, and blend until a desired smoothie consistency. Add water last to create desired thickness [more for a thinner shake, less for a thicker one].
This is a great recipe for a meal replacement shake for those who do not enjoy having meals for breakfast, while still meeting all dietary needs. And is good for helping digestion and cleanse diets.
