Ingredients

    1 cup skim milk
    1/2 frozen medium banana
    1 cup frozen fruit of choice
    1 packet no calorie sweetner
    1/2 cup orange juice
    Handful of ice

Directions

Mix all in blender until well blended.

May substitute yogurt for milk
May add wheat germ for fiber and/or protein powder for protein (not included in calories)
