Ingredients

• 6 oz. spaghetti
• 1 tbls. Butter
• 1/3 cup shredded parmesan cheese
• 2 well beaten eggs
• 1 cup fat free cottage cheese
• 1 lb. extra lean ground turkey
• 3 cups spaghetti sauce (about 1 jar)
• 1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese
Directions
1. Brown ground turkey then rinse and drain. Add spaghetti sauce. Set aside.
2. While ground turkey is cooking, cook spaghetti according to package directions and drain. Stir melted butter, parmesan cheese, and eggs into hot spaghetti. Press into pie plate (I used deep dish) sprayed with non-stick cooking spray to form "crust".
3. Mix cottage cheese and desired italian spices. Spread over "crust".
4. Spread meat mixture evenly over cottage cheese.
5. Bake in 350 degree oven for 20-25 minutes.
6. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
7. Slice pie into 8 pieces for about 300 cals per slice (as posted) or 6 pieces for about 400 cals per slice
