Ingredients

    ¼ cup tamari soy sauce, Braggs Liquid Aminos or salt to taste
    ½ cup Fresh Lemon Juice
    2 stalks of celery 1” slices
    ½ bell pepper cut in 4 pieces
    ½ onion cut in 4 pieces
    1/2 tsp of black pepper
    dash of cayenne

    Blend above ingredients, then add:

    1/3 cup Olive Oil
    1/3 cup Safflower Oil or other heart healthy vegetable oil.
    ½ cup Toasted Sesame Tahini Butter
    Add small amount of water if too thick

Directions

Put your celery, bell pepper and onion pieces into a blender and add Braggs and lemon juice. Blend until mixture is smooth. Then add Oil's and Sesame Tahini Butter and blend again until creamy. If too thick add water. If too thin, add more tahini. Pour on steams, rice, salad, baked tofu or veggie burgers.
