Roasted vegetables in olive oil and garlic. Roasted vegetables in olive oil and garlic.

    red pepper, yellow pepper, two green peppers, eggplant, olive oil, garlic, feta


Chop and coat with OO. put in oven at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Toss in garlic and feta and cook an additional 15 minutes. Change OO and feta to change calories.
