Introduction

I wanted to make a yummy pizza that wouldn't make me feel like I was missing out when my family was having pizza. This turned out better than I figured it would. Feel free to use less cheese if you like. Actually, I could have just used the feta and been okay. Enjoy! Ingredients

12in whole wheat thin crust pizza
    1/2 cup pizza sauce
3/4 cup packed fresh baby spinach, damp
    1 plum tomato, sliced
1/2 cup part-skim milk mozzarella cheese
    1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled

Directions

Preheat oven to your crusts directions.

Spread 1/2 cup pizza sauce around pizza crust to as close to the edge as you like it. Sprinkle with garlic powder if desired and dried or fresh cilantro, whatever your preference.

Wet the baby spinach and spread around pizza.

Place tomato slices around pizza and top with cheese.

Bake for 8-10 minutes or as directed by your crust.

- I used the Boboli crust, so I got 6 slices of pizza out of my crust.
