I make this in my bread machine, then form 2 loaves out of it. It is dense, so slice thinly after it cools completely for best cutting results. Freezes well. Sesame Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)

Non-fat dry milk powder, 2 tbsp (remove)
Soy Flour, .66 cup, stirred (remove)
Semolina, enriched, .66 cup (remove)
*Whole Wheat Flour, 1.5 cup (remove)
*Whole Wheat Flour, 0.13 cup (remove)
*Wheat flour, white, bread, enriched, 2 cup (remove)
*Bob's Red Mill Whole Ground Flaxseed Meal, 2 Tbsp., 1 serving (remove)
Oatmeal, quick cooking, .66 cup (remove)
Publix Fiber Active, 0.33 cup (remove)
Red Star, Nutritional Yeast, Vegetarian Support Formula, 2 Tbspn (remove)

Fleishmanns Bread Machine Yeast, 2 tsp (remove)
Directions
Add ingredients to bread machine in order specified by manufacturer. When complete, take dough out, and divide in 2. You may need to add more flour if dough is too sticky. Form 2 loaves and place in loaf pans, or hand-form. Cover with plastic wrap. Put in oven (not turned on) for an hour, or dough doubles in volume. Take off wrap. Pre-heat oven to 375. Bake 30-40 mins. until top is nicely browned. Cool completely before slicing.
