Another quick and easy throw together I made for lunch just today! Just being innovative with the everyday ingredients I found in the fridge.....This is a really great way to eat on the run, without racking up all those horrible calories found in fast foods! Ingredients

    1 Can Southern Hens chunck Chicken in Water (Fully Cooked), drained
    2 Tbsp *Kraft Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
    4 Tbsp *Hidden Valley Light Ranch Dressing
    2 Tbsp Yellow Mustard
    2 Tbsp Vlasic Sweet Relish
    4 Stalks Celery, chopped
    1/4 Onion, chopped
    2 *Vlasic Kosher Dill Spears, chopped
    4 small *Pepperocini peppers, chopped
    1 small Apples, freshchopped
    6 *Toufayan Bakeries Whole Wheat Pita, halved

Directions

Simply chop and mix all of your dry ingredients;
In a small dish, mix mustard, dressings, relish until well blended;
Combine all ingredients in a medium sized bowl, chill for 15 minutes if desired.
Halve your whole wheat pitas, and fill each side with 1/2 cup salad.

Yields (12) 1/2 cup servings
