Ingredients

    1 can Rotel Tomatoes
    2 cans Diced Tomatoes, no salt added
    1 can Carrots
    1 1/2 cups frozen corn
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 cup onion, chopped
    1 tsp. ground red pepper, or to taste
    12 oz. steak, fat trimmed, cut into cubes

Directions

Place all ingredients in crock pot and cook 8-10 hours on low.
