Ingredients

    250g flour
    25g granulated sugar
    10g baking powder
    1 beaten egg
    200g milk
    200g fruit (dried mulberries, bananas, berries, raisins...)

Directions

Mix all the ingredients in that order, adding the fruit last.
Cook at 180°C (400°F) for 25 minutes.
