Ingredients

    1 pound of ground turkey
    1 - 15.25 ounce can black beans
    1 - 10 ounce can Rotel tomatoes with green chiles
    1 - 15.25 ounce can corn
    1 - 14.5 ounce can diced tomatoes
    1 - 8 ounce can tomato sauce
    1 - package taco seasoning
    1/2 cup chopped onions
    1.5 cups water

Directions

Brown the turkey with the onions. Combine this with all other ingredients in crock pot. Cook according to manufacturers instructions, usually 4 hours on high or 8 hours on low.
Makes approx. 12 - 1 cup servings

May be served with tortilla chips, shredded cheese, and sour cream, but these additions will change the nutritional values.
