Ingredients

    1.25 c nonfat milk
    2.5 c of oat bran (not bran flakes)
    2 TBLS of chopped almonds
    1 TBLS baking powder
    1/4 c of pure maple syrup
    1/2 c eggs whites
    2 ripe or overripe bananas
    1 c frozen blueberries

Directions

mix dry ingredients
mix bananas with wet ingredients (except fruit)
combine wet and dry ingredients
spoon into greased muffin pans and add fruit
bake at 450 for about 15 mins or until the tops are browned
