Introduction
This is pretty easy and tasty. I also saute a couple cut up chicken breast and add that to the non vegetarians' plates and some "fake" chick'n strips for me.. This is pretty easy and tasty. Ingredients

1 cop Soy Vay - Veri Teriyaki *Ronzoni Healthy Harvest 1 box whole wheat spaghetti style pasta
Broccoli, fresh, 1 bunch, cut in pieces
1 Yellow (or green) bell pepper, cut in strips
1 Orange (or red) bell pepper, cut in strips
1 medium whole onion, cut in half, then slices
3 cloves of garlic minced
1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 1/2 cup cold water
Directions
*Make pasta according to "al dente/firm" instructions. Drain and set aside.
*Microwave broccoli gfor 2 minutes
*Spray a large non-stick pan with cooking spray and saute garlice, onions, peppers and broccoli to desired doneness (I like them still a bit crunchy.)
*Add pasta back to pan with veggies, toss with 1cup (or more if you need it) terriyaki sauce mixed with the waterand cornstarch mixture and heat through and sauce thickens.
*Optional, sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds or toasted slice almonds (not included in calorie count.)
*Makes a lot, ten dinner size portions.
