    Mori-Nu, Tofu, silken, extra firm (1/2 package)
    Soy Milk Presidents Choice Blue Menu, 1 Tbsp
    Nutritional Yeast, 1 Tbsp
    Cornstarch, 1 Tbsp
    Tumeric, 1/8 tsp
    Onion powder, 1/8 tso
    Tahini, 1 tsp


Spray a non-stick pan and slowly pour batter. Lay filling on top - cover and cook over med. heat for 2-4 min. Slowly ease up side and fold one side over other. Slip onto plate and serve .
