Ingredients

    2 Eggs (beaten)
    1/4 cup Shredded Low Fat Mexican Style Cheese
    2 tbsp Favorite Salsa (drain off excess liquid)
    1 tsp Webber's Gourmet Burger Seasoning (or your favorite)
    1 tbsp Bacon Bits (you can substitute your favorite)
    1 chopped green onion (or 1tbsp chopped onion of choice)
    1 Lg Low carb whole wheat Tortilla
    1 tbsp 1/3 less fat cream cheese (I use veggie/onion but any can be used)

Directions

Crack eggs in microwavable bowl beat
Add Salsa, bacon, seasoning, onions, and shredded cheese into bowl. cover and cook for about 3 minutes (stir at 1 and 2 minute mark check to see if done - so don't over cook)

Put Tortilla in microwave for 30 seconds to warm (if desired) spread cream cheese on tortilla. Add egg mixture. Wrap like a burrito... YUM!
