Introduction
More than 10 years ago I went to Mexico with a church missions trio, and one of the families made us guacamole. Home made, authentic mexican guacamole. It was AMAZING! Since then I have been trying and trying to recreate the stuff. This is it!!!*It's gotta be green onions*
*It's gotta be serrano pepper*
*Ya gotta leave the pulp from the fruit in there* More than 10 years ago I went to Mexico with a church missions trio, and one of the families made us guacamole. Home made, authentic mexican guacamole. It was AMAZING! Since then I have been trying and trying to recreate the stuff. This is it!!!

Ingredients
-
4 ripe avacados
3 green onions, chopped finely
2 cloves garlic, pressed or finely minced
1 lime, juiced, with a little pulp
1/2 lemon, juiced, with a little pulp
1/2 serrano pepper, diced finely
2 tsp black pepper, or less, to taste
Directions
Makes 12 large servings
Start with a medium bowl: measure out your spices and add the lemon and lime juices. Chop your onions, garlic, and serrano, and add them to the bowl. Mix them together once or twice, and let them sit. On a cutting board, halve your avacados, remove the pit, and scrape the meat out of the skin. Mash the avacado meat however you like. Leave it as lumpy as you like, or get it as smooth as you like. Either way is good. Add your avacados to the bowl and mix it all together very well. Mix, mix, mix. Serve!
**Because Avacado browns quickly, like apples, serve in small batches. Store the Guacamole in small containers, full, with no air between the food and the lid. This stops the browning!
