Ingredients



    * Tuna, Canned in Water, 129.5 grams
    * Maggi cream of mushroom soup, 32 gram(s)= 2 dry tbsp
    * *Breadcrumbs, 0.3 cup
    * wholegrain pasta, 70 grams
    * Bouillon - Chicken - Maggi - 30Cal/1-Cube, 0.5 serving
    * Mushrooms, canned, 0.5 cup
    * Onions, raw, 1 small , chopped
    * Peas, frozen, 0.5 cup
    * Parmesan Cheese, shredded, 20 grams

Directions

1- cook pasta & set aside.
2- in a nonstick pot saute onions, mushrooms & peas in PAM until onions slightly brown up.
3- Add the instant soup mixture after dissolving it in water + 1/2 cube.
4- When it thickens up add tuna + pasta.
5- in a baking pan spread mixture evenly then cook for 20 min at 350'. After 20 min, sprinkle cheese + bread crumbs + PAM on top and return to oven for 10 min.

Makes 1 generous serving. Serve with a green salad.
