Introduction

Ingredients

1 pound of sirloin steak, fat trimmed, and cubed
1 carrot, peeled and sliced
1 1/2 medium stalks of celery sliced
1 1/2 c. fresh or frozen corn
1 can of italian style green beans (keep juice)
3 c. water
2 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
2 cans of diced tomatoes (keep juice)
2 t. italian seasoning
2 t. onion salt
2 t. Mrs Dash garlic and herb seasoning
1 t. black pepper
Directions
Put all of the ingredients into the crockpot including the juices from the green beans and the tomates and stir. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours. Serve with celery sticks and peanut butter and raw carrots (not included in the calorie tracker)
