Introduction
When possible, I use my own homemade beans (garbanzo, kidney, great northern). If I don't have time, I sub one can for 2 cups of homemade.All canned beans no salt or low sodium where possible.

Ingredients

1 can cut green beans (no salt) drained
2 cans wax beans (no salt) drained
2 cups red kidney beans
2 cups chick peas
2 cups great northern beans
1 medium red onion, diced
DRESSING:
2/3 cup splenda
3/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 tsp salt (optional)
1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
Directions
Mix onion and beans together in large bowl.
In separate bowl, mix together DRESSING ingredients.
Pour DRESSING over veg in large bowl, toss together well.
Refrigerate overnight so flavors settle.
Makes 12 one-cup servings.
