Ingredients

    1 package of Southern Home's 90 second rice (uncle ben's will work)
    5oz of boiled chicken breast (pull meat into strips and lightly chop)
    1 cup of medium salsa
    1/3 cup of green onions (chopped)
    1/4 cup of red onion (finely chopped)
    1 can of black beans (rinsed and drained)
    4 Whole wheat 100 calorie 8" tortilla
    1/2 tsp of cumin powder

Directions

Cook rice in microwave per package directions. In a large bowl add beans, salsa, cumin, chicken and rice. Mix well. Microwave for 30 seconds more on high. Add green and red onion.

Spoon equal parts into the 4 tortilla wraps.
