My grandma's cucumber and sour cream recipe. My grandma's cucumber and sour cream recipe.

Ingredients

    3 large English cucumbers, peeled and sliced
    2 cups Reduced Fat Sour Cream
    2.5 tbsp Heinz Apple Cider Vinegar
    .5 Sweet Vadallia Onion, chopped
    Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

Peel and slice cucumbers
Chop onion
In a large bowl layer the cucumbers, onions, salt and pepper, repeat until bowl full.
Cover bowl and place in refrigerator for 24-48 hours.

Whip Sour Cream and Apple Cider Vinegar in a large bowl.
Mix in the cucumbers and make sure the cucumbers are thoroughly covered.
Cover and place in the refrigerator for another 24 hours.

Ready to serve.
