Ingredients

    White Delights Potatoes, 24 oz
    Garlic, 4 cloves
    Olive Oil, 1.75 tbsp
    Rosemary, dried, 2 tsp
    Salt & Pepper to Taste

Directions

Preheat oven to 450 degrees

Toss potatoes with garlic, olive oil, rosemary and salt and pepper.

Spread on a cookie sheet and roast in oven for 20 minutes or until just tender

Yields approximately 4-6 0z servings
