Introduction

Jazzed up this recipe from Kraft Foods by adding more veggies since I didn't have enough chicken on hand! Was totally delicious! Next time I will add some black beans to increase the protein. Ingredients

    7 oz. Tyson Grilled & Ready Chicken Strips
    100 grams chopped yellow bell pepper
    1 oz chopped green onions (green & white parts)
    2 oz. chopped fresh broccoli
    1 oz. chopped yellow & orange carrots
    1 (14.5 oz) can no-salt-added diced tomatoes, drained
    1 (10 oz) pkg frozen corn kernels
    1 (10 oz) tub Philadelphia Santa Fe Blend Cooking Creme
    4 cups cooked Ronzoni Garden Delight Pasta
    1 cup Reduced Fat Mexican Cheese Blend

Directions

Saute onions, bell peppers, and chicken strips in a non-stick skillet sprayed with Pam until softened. Add tomatoes, corn and cooking creme and warm through (about 3 min). Stir in 1/2 cup cheese until melted. Pour over hot pasta and mix well. Add remaining cheese to pot and place lid over until cheese melts.

Makes 10 one-cup servings.
