This has a lot of celery and sweet pickle relish. The mustard is a good replacement for salt and adds a little tang to the tuna salad. The calorie count is based on regular mayo. Ingredients

    2 cans of chunk white tuna-drained (low sodium if possible)
    1/3 cup mayo
    1/3 cup sweet pickle relish
    1 stalk celery-diced
    2 teaspoons yellow mustard
    2 hard boiled egg whites-diced
    Pepper to taste

Directions

Drain and flake tuna in a bowl
Add mayo, relish, celery, mustard, egg whites and pepper to taste.
Mix ingredients together.
Makes 4 servings.
